According to Jordan Bastian of MLB.com, Carlos Carrasco would prefer to start in 2014, but would work out of the bullpen if it was in the best interest of the team. The 26-year-old right-hander is reportedly in great shape and has shed 15 pounds already this offseason. He struggled to the tune of a 6.75 ERA, 1.76 WHIP and 30/18 K/BB ratio over 46 2/3 innings with the Indians in 2013, but still possesses a dazzling repertoire and has immense potential.
