According to Darren Wolfson of 1500 ESPN, the Twins have inquired on the availability of Brandon Webb. Webb stated publicly in September through a webchat on MLB.com that he hasn't retired. He hasn't pitched in the majors since Opening Day of the 2009 season due to persistent shoulder problems, so the odds are certainly long against him making a comeback.
