According to Danny Knobler of CBSSports.com, the White Sox could still trade Gavin Floyd this offseason. The White Sox reached a five-year, $65 million extension with John Danks earlier this week, but that doesn't mean they are keeping their starting rotation intact. Floyd is set to earn $7.5 million next season while his contract includes a $9.5 club option for 2013, so he could have plenty of appeal with so few quality starters left in free agency. The 28-year-old right-hander posted a disappointing 4.37 ERA this past season, but has made at least 30 starts in four straight years.
