According to CBS Sports' Jon Heyman, Marlins reliever Juan Carlos Oviedo has secured a work visa. Oviedo received a pardon from the U.S. State Department earlier this week and is now free to travel back to Florida. He'll report to extended spring training in a couple of days to begin working out. The 28-year-old is expected to get an eight-week suspension from Major League Baseball but is finally out of the woods from a legal standpoint.
