Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Aaron Sanchez (finger) left his start early on Monday with a nail avulsion on his right middle finger. Sanchez had allowed six hits and a run while walking two and striking out one in three innings of work against the Rays before being pulled. Finger issues continue to plague Sanchez, and he has a decent 3.75 ERA and 8.40 K/9 in his 12 starts on the season.
