A scout told CBS Sports' Danny Knobler that Brian Wilson (elbow) "looked good" in a throwing session in front of interested teams Thursday. "His fastball was 90-93 mph," the scout said. "[He's] not far away." The Pirates, Diamondbacks, A's, Giants, Phillies, Rangers, Rockies and Cardinals were among the teams scouting Wilson on Thursday, though it's not clear at this point who might be the favorite to sign him. He should catch on somewhere soon.
