A neurologist told Travis Snider (concussion) Tuesday that he's optimistic the outfielder will be able to return to the field soon. Snider says he's symptom-free after being hit in the brim of his helmet while playing with Triple-A Las Vegas on Friday. The official test results will come back Wednesday, but it sounds like it won't be an extended absence for Snider.
