It seems like every year, the Blue Jays convince me in spring training that they are going to compete for the AL East title. Then the season begins and I don't see anything I saw in March carryover to the regular season.  Looking at the Jays' rotation this season, I don't feel the same sense of accomplishment by the team over the winter.  Maybe that means they'll turn things around this year?  We shall see what we see, shan't we?
