Bader was removed from the Cardinals' game Sunday against the Reds with a mild left knee hyperextension.
EDGE Analysis
The fact that the Cardinals are labeling the injury as "mild" implies that Bader avoided a serious setback after he was pulled in the bottom of the second inning when he tweaked his knee while rounding first base. Tommy Pham ended up replacing Bader, who will have three full days to recover before the Cardinals open their second-half schedule Thursday against the Cubs.

Bader was removed from Sunday's game against the Reds in the bottom of the second inning with an apparent ankle injury, Derrick Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bader appeared to tweak the ankle while rounding first base on a would-be double, forcing him to settle for a single. He looked to be in significant pain upon suffering the injury, but was able to go through some tests on the field before ultimately bowing out of the contest. Bader will now have until Thursday to recuperate as the Cardinals head into the All-Star break. Tommy Pham came on to pinch run for Bader following his departure.

Bader (hamstring) will start in center field and bat eighth Sunday against the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
Bader will check into the lineup for the struggling Tommy Pham after the hamstring injury limited him to a bench role for the first two games of the series. While it appeared Bader usurped Dexter Fowler for primary duties in right field earlier this month, that may no longer be the case with Fowler showing some signs of life with a pair of two-hit performances over his last three starts. It seems most likely that the Cardinals will rotate Bader, Fowler and Tommy Pham between two outfield spots in most games, with Marcell Ozuna assured a full-time gig in left field.

Bader (hamstring) is not in Saturday's starting lineup against the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
Bader managed to pinch hit Friday, but he'll be held out of Saturday's tilt, likely as a precaution. There's a good chance manager Mike Matheny will shut Bader down until after the All-Star break to ensure he's healthy for the second half of the season.

Bader is not in the lineup Friday against the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
The young outfielder had been working his way into a full-time starting role, but he's now been on the bench for three straight games. He first missed out to Dexter Fowler for a pair of games and will see Jose Martinez move out to the outfield in his place Friday.

Bader is not in the lineup Tuesday against the White Sox.
EDGE Analysis
Bader appears to have nudged ahead of the struggling Dexter Fowler in the battle for the Cardinals' right field job, but Fowler will still likely see a good number of starts. The veteran gets the nod for the second time in three games Tuesday.

Bader is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the Giants,
EDGE Analysis
Bader will hit the bench for the third time in the last six games as Dexter Fowler will start in right field, batting sixth. The 24-year-old has a .271/.338/.418 slash line with six home runs and eight stolen bases in 177 at-bats this season.

Bader will start in right field and bat sixth Sunday against the Braves.
EDGE Analysis
It appears Bader has overtaken Dexter Fowler as the Cardinals' primary right fielder, as Sunday marks the former's third straight start at the position, with two of the assignments coming against right-handed pitching. Fowler, meanwhile, has been on the bench for all three games and hasn't shown many signs of awaking from his season-long slumber. After performing in impressive fashion over the first two months of the season, Bader slumped through most of June, but picked up the pace over the past week. He has gone 8-for-17 with five runs, three RBI and a steal over his past six games (five starts).

Bader went 2-for-4 with an RBI infield single, a stolen base and a run in a win over the Indians on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
After a brief 1-for-15 slump, Bader has bounced back to go 4-for-7 with two RBI, two walks and two runs over his last two games. The 24-year-old continues to occasionally augment his fantasy production with a stolen base, as he's now 7-for-9 in that category over 62 games. Bader's current .258/.321/.384 line still has plenty of room for improvement, but all three numbers represent increases over those of the .235/.283/.376 tally he generated during his initial big-league stint in 2017.
