Bote went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Friday's 1-0 win over the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
Neither offense was able to generate much production with a strong wind blowing in from left field Friday, but Bote swatted a solo home run to left field in the bottom of the fifth inning to provide the only run of the game. The 28-year-old has now homered twice in the last three games, and he's hitting .196 with five home runs, 23 RBI and 15 runs this season.

Bote went 1-for-3 with a walk and a two-run home run in Wednesday's win over the Pirates.
EDGE Analysis
Bote's second-inning blast, his fourth of the season, gave the Cubs all the offense they would need in the 4-1 win. Bote started at third base in this one, but with Nico Hoerner (hamstring) getting placed on the 10-day injured list Wednesday, Bote figures to see some time at second as well in the near future.

Bote went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and two runs scored in Tuesday's win over the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
Bote took Will Harris deep in the sixth inning with a runner on for his third home run of the season. It's mostly been a struggle for the utility player, who's batting just .193 even after Tuesday's two-hit performance, and he's lost playing time to Nico Hoerner at second base as a result. Bote should continue filling in at several positions for the Cubs, but his fantasy appeal is limited by his uneven playing time.

Bote went 2-for-3 with a run scored in Friday's win over the Pirates.
EDGE Analysis
Bote scored the second of three Chicago runs in the one-run victory. The 28-year-old is still batting just .193 this season, but he should continue to see regular playing time at second base while Nico Hoerner (forearm) is on the injured list.

Bote went 1-for-3 with a double and three RBI in the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Dodgers.
EDGE Analysis
Bote had seen a dip in playing time due to the emergence of Nico Hoerner (forearm), but with the latter heading to the 10-day injured list Tuesday, Bote should see the field more frequently in the short term. However, he's largely been struggling offensively this season, so Hoerner should be able to reestablish himself at second base once he's healthy.

Bote is not in the lineup Sunday against the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
The 28-year-old will head to the bench after starting the past two games and going 3-for-9 with a double and a run scored. Nico Hoerner will start for the third time in the past four games at second base and has a 1.018 OPS since making his season debut April 22, but Bote should continue to see regular time around the infield while Kris Bryant fills in for Joc Pederson (wrist) in left field.

EDGE Analysis
Bote went 0-for-11 with a walk and six strikeouts in the first three games of the series against Atlanta, and he'll get a breather for the series finale. Nico Hoerner will start at second base and bat eighth.

Bote isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Brewers.

Bote went 2-for-4 with a run scored and four RBI in Wednesday's 16-4 win over the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
Bote had two of the Cubs' 13 hits and helped lead the offensive onslaught. The infielder has been struggling this season with a .205 batting average, but as long as he holds onto the starting job at second base, he should maintain some degree of fantasy value in a lineup that could start to click at any moment.

Bote (illness) is starting Wednesday's game against the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
Bote sat out Tuesday's game as a COVID-19 precaution but has since tested negative and will play second base and bat seventh Wednesday. Bote has gone 4-for-12 with three extra-base hits, four RBI and a run in his last five games.
