Robertson was taken out of Friday's spring game after being struck on the left hand during an at-bat, Marc Topkin of The Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Robertson was visibly frustrated and was removed from the game after a trainer came to check on his hand. There will likely be an update on his status in the coming hours.

Robertson is expected to log some innings in the outfield this spring, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Robertson made 41 appearances at second base last season to go with 24 at shortstop and 17 at third. He also appeared once in left field, and it seems like he's going to play a bit more there in order to get in the lineup more frequently. The 23-year-old only batted .206 last season and seems to be blocked from regular playing time on the infield, although things don't look particularly better in the outfield with Denard Span and Steven Souza holding down the corner outfield spots.

Robertson went 2-for-2 with a walk in Thursday's 3-1 loss to the Orioles.
EDGE Analysis
The 23-year-old prospect enjoyed a productive return to the big-league level, mustering the Rays' only multi-hit effort of the night in the process. Robertson's night snapped the slump he'd wrapped up his prior majors tenure mired in, one that saw him go 0-for-11 before being sent down to Triple-A Durham in late August.

Robertson will be recalled from Triple-A Durham on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Robertson will make his way to the big leagues after helping Triple-A Durham secure a minor-league championship trophy Tuesday evening. The 23-year-old hit .372 at the Triple-A level this season and will provide an infield bench bat for the Rays upon his arrival.

Robertson contributed four RBI in Triple-A Durham's International League championship-clinching 6-4 win over Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
The 23-year-old smacked a two-run home run as part of his three-hit night, capping a short but stellar 2017 stint at Durham. Robertson slashed .372/.426/488 over 47 plate appearances with the Bulls, a marked improvement over the .211/.302/.340 line he generated in his first 223 plate appearances at the major-league level. Despite his struggles against big-league arms, Robertson remains a solid prospect that will look to make an impression in spring training next year.

Robertson was sent down to Triple-A Durham on Friday, Marc Topkin of The Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Robertson will head to Triple-A following Tampa Bay's signing of utility infielder Danny Espinosa, but is a strong candidate to return to the Rays once rosters expand at the beginning of September. The 23-year-old has struggled since returning from the DL (neck) in early August, hitting just .125/.214/.167 while receiving minimal action in the field. On the season, Robertson is batting .211 with five home runs, 18 RBI and 20 runs in 66 games.

Robertson will start at shortstop and bat fifth Wednesday against the Blue Jays, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
After driving in a run and reaching base three times Tuesday, Robertson will be rewarded with a third straight start and a promotion upward in the lineup. Adeiny Hechavarria still looks to be manager Kevin Cash's preferred option at shortstop, but Hechevarria's poor production at the plate since he was acquired from the Marlins could allow Robertson to begin eating into his at-bats on a more regular basis.

Robertson went 2-for-4 with an RBI from a bases-loaded walk and also had a single, double and scored once in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Blue Jays.
EDGE Analysis
Robertson wreaked some havoc out of the nine hole, producing his first multi-hit game since June 25. The 23-year-old shortsop has seen two consecutive starts but has taken the field on only four occasions out of a possible 11 games since returning from a stint on the DL due to neck spasms.

Robertson was activated from the disabled list and is starting at shortstop Friday against the Brewers, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
It will be Robertson's first game action since June 25, as he returns from a long DL-stint caused by neck spasms. Don't expect the 23-year-old to get too many opportunities with Adeiny Hechavarria stabilized as the primary shortstop, though he could be in line for backup duties at second base with Matt Duffy (heel) still sidelined.

Manager Kevin Cash said that Robertson (neck) will be activated from the disabled list and start Friday's contest against the Brewers, MLB Network Radio reports.
EDGE Analysis
Robertson recently progressed to playing a full nine-inning game, so it seems that everything with his ailing neck is back in working order. It's a good vote of confidence that he's getting the start straight off the DL, but it's unclear how the playing time in the middle infield will be divvied up down the stretch given that Adeiny Hechavarria and Brad Miller are entrenched at shortstop and second base, respectively.
