Keith went 2-for-4 with an RBI in Monday's 7-4 loss to the Pirates.
EDGE Analysis
Keith now has hits in three straight games, and the rookie is batting a respectable .250 overall across his first 10 contests. He's yet to go deep this year after hitting a total of 27 home runs across two levels in 2023, but the power should come as long as he keeps making consistent contact. Keith should stay locked into a regular role as well, so the opportunity is there for the promising 22-year-old to have a strong debut campaign.

Keith is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Athletics.
EDGE Analysis
Keith went 1-for-12 through the first four games of the season, but his bat came alive during Thursday's doubleheader against the Mets as he went 3-for-8 with a walk, a double, an RBI and two runs. Andy Ibanez will start at the keystone Friday against Oakland lefty JP Sears.

Keith went 3-for-8 with a walk, a double, an RBI and two runs scored across both games of Thursday's doubleheader against the Mets. He also stole a base.
EDGE Analysis
The double and the stolen base were both firsts for Keith at the MLB level. The 22-year-old isn't really known for his speed, as he never stole more than four bases in a season during his time in the minors. Instead, Keith should display more power when he settles in with the Tigers, as he posted an .890 OPS last season with Triple-A Toledo and a .976 OPS in 2022 with Double-A Erie. He only has a .554 OPS so far this year, but fantasy managers should remain patient because the upside is there.

Keith is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
Keith will hit the bench for the first time in his young MLB career after starting each of the Tigers' first three contests in the season-opening sweep of the White Sox. Andy Ibanez will step in at the keystone for Keith, who went 1-for-11 with two walks in Chicago.

Keith went 2-for-2 with a triple, a solo home run and two runs scored in Friday's Grapefruit League game against the Yankees.
EDGE Analysis
Keith is batting .353 this spring with a robust 1.362 OPS. The 21-year-old is Detroit's top hitting prospect and figures to start the season at either High-A West Michigan or Double-A Erie, though at this rate, he could push his way to the majors sooner rather than later. Keith is worth keeping an eye on, particularly in dynasty formats.

Keith (shoulder) has looked impressive in live batting practice during the early part of spring training, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
After missing the last three months of the 2022 minor-league season due to a shoulder injury, Keith returned for the Arizona Fall League and turned in an impressive .344/.463/.541 line across 19 games. The 21-year-old apparently carried that over to spring training, as he's been catching the eyes of Detroit coaches with his ability at the plate. Keith figures to start the season at either High-A West Michigan or Double-A Erie, but he's worth monitoring as the Tigers' top offensive prospect.

Keith (shoulder) appeared in 19 games during the Arizona Fall League, slashing .344/.463/.541 with three home runs and a 16:16 BB:K.
EDGE Analysis
Keith missed the final three months of the 2022 minor-league season while recovering from a shoulder injury, but he was at least able to make up for some of the lost development time in the AFL and performed well at the plate while doing so. The Tigers announced Monday that Keith will join the big-league group for spring training as a non-roster invitee, but the 21-year-old infielder is expected to open the 2023 campaign at either High-A West Michigan or Double-A Erie.

The Tigers are hopeful that Keith (shoulder) will be able to return at some point this season, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
He will not need surgery on his injured shoulder, and even if he doesn't make it back during the High-A season, he could potentially be assigned to the Arizona Fall League. Keith slashed .301/.370/.544 with nine home runs in 48 games prior to suffering the injury.

Keith was placed on the injured list for High-A West Michigan on Friday due to an arm injury, West Michigan broadcaster Dan Hasty reports.
EDGE Analysis
Keither left Thursday's game with an apparent right arm injury after diving back to first base on a pickoff attempt. The exact nature of the injury and his expected return timeline are not yet clear. Prior to the injury, he'd hit an excellent .301/.370/.544 with nine homers and four steals in 48 games.

The Tigers promoted Keith from Low-A Lakeland to High-A West Michigan on Monday, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Keith, a 2020 fifth-round pick, earned the call-up to High-A after reaching base at a prolific .436 clip over 181 plate appearances with Lakeland. The 20-year-old showed a discerning eye at the plate at Low-A (16.9 percent walk rate) while seeing action at third and second base, but he didn't hit for much power (.102 ISO). Listed at 6-foot-3 and 211 pounds, Keith has the sort of frame that would suggest he still has some untapped upside as a power hitter.
