MLB Network Insider Joel Sherman reports that the Yankees are recalling outfielder Clint Frazier from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Over 12 games at Triple-A, Frazier has been hitting .362 with three doubles, two triples, three home runs and a 1.125 OPS. There is no word yet regarding a corresponding move or if he will be in the Yankees lineup Tuesday, but Frazier figures to play sparingly, at best, in New York's crowded outfield, and he could find himself back in the minors soon.
