The Rockies opted to rest Blackmon on Friday in order to avoid a tough lefty-versus-lefty matchup against Madison Bumgarner. He will return to the lineup Saturday however, resuming his center field duties and batting lead-off. Blackmon is 3-for-12 with one RBI in his career versus Johnny Cueto.

Blackmon is not in the lineup for Friday's game against the Giants.
