Baltimore Orioles outfielder Cedric Mullins went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 6-4 loss to the Blue Jays. Mullins got things started by tagging an Aaron Sanchez fastball into the right-center field seats for his fourth HR of the season. The 23-year-old has shown promise in his first stint in the big leagues, posting a .268/.348/.439 slash line with nine RBI and a steal in 140 plate appearances. His speed/pop combination makes him worth a roster spot in dynasty leagues.

Baltimore Orioles outfielder Cedric Mullins (hip) hopes to return to the lineup on Friday, according to manager Buck Showalter. Mullins injured his hip last weekend and has played sparingly since. He should be fine, though, and should continue to play every day down the stretch. The 23-year-old has taken over center field duties and has 18 hits in his first 59 at-bats (.305) with two homers and five RBI in 17 games. He'll continue to be an option in deeper leagues to close out the year.
