The Atlanta Braves activated catcher Brian McCann (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list on Wednesday and optioned catcher Alex Jackson to Triple-A Gwinnett in a corresponding move. McCann, 35, had four hits in his 14 at-bats with no home runs before his injury. His ceiling at this point in his career is very low, and he's only a second catcher in two-backstop leagues while splitting time with Tyler Flowers behind the dish.
