Anderson (finger) is starting at third base and batting second in Sunday's Grapefruit League game against the Nationals, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 26-year-old missed the final seven weeks of the 2019 campaign after suffering a broken finger on his left hand from a hit-by-pitch, but he's unsurprisingly good to go for spring training. Anderson appeared in 126 games last season and had a .261/.342/.468 slash line with 20 home runs, and he should be a fixture near the top of the lineup for the Marlins in 2020.

Anderson (finger) was activated from the injured list Friday, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The move doesn't necessarily mean Anderson is healthy, as players can't be on the injured list over the offseason. Still, Anderson should be ready by spring training given that he avoided surgery on the fractured finger he suffered in late August.

EDGE Analysis
Anderson suffered a broken finger in his left hand Friday after being struck by a pitch, and while he's already been ruled out for the remainder of the season, it's positive news that he'll be able to avoid surgery. He should be ready for the start of spring training.
