Brad Lidge (elbow) threw a successful bullpen session Monday. Even though the session went off without a hitch, Phillies pitching coach Rich Dubee said there's virtually no chance Lidge will be activated from the disabled list before the All-Star break. The team appears to be targeting a late July return for the reliever.
