The Cut List (Week 5): Time to Let Go? rotoballer.com Sun 4/29/18 3:15 AM

Welcome to Week 5 of the Cut List. I think my suggestions have been pretty solid to start the year and I hope your teams are better off as a result. 2018 sample sizes are starting to legitimize and you'll see more cut-worthy standard league-viable options on these lists as we get further into the season. I'm still preaching patience on a few frustrating players, however. Carlos Santana, Andrew McCutchen, Gregory Polanco, Shin-Soo Choo, Adam Jones, Chris Archer, and Jon Gray need to be held i[...]

Adam Jones Drives In Two Runs As O's Fall To Rays rotoballer.com Thu 4/26/18 6:58 PM

It's too bad that Baltimore Orioles outfielder Adam Jones can't pitch. He did great at the plate on April 26, going 3-for-5 and driving in two runs on a two-run homer. It was all for naught as Baltimore lost to Tampa Bay 9-5. If you need an outfielder, Jones has been pretty hot of late, so ride him for however long this lasts. He'll be up against the Tigers next before they go on a West coast trip.

Adam Jones Drives In Run In Loss To Tampa Bay rotoballer.com Wed 4/25/18 6:39 PM

Baltimore Orioles outfielder Adam Jones had a strong game against Tampa Bay on April 25. The veteran outfielder went 2-for-4 and drove in a run as Baltimore lost, 8-4. Jones is hitting .250 with 13 RBI so far. It's not anything to knock someone's socks off over, but it's somewhat decent. You could do a lot worse for an outfielder.

Adam Jones Blasts Second Homer Of Season In Losing Effort rotoballer.com Tue 4/3/18 7:53 PM

Baltimore Orioles outfielder Adam Jones is off to a fairly decent start this 2018 season. He went deep for homer No. 2 - a two-run shot off Justin Verlander. It remains to be seen where he'll be, stat-wise, at the end of the season, but it'd be nice to see a 30-homer year from the veteran, who will be turning 33 in August.

Adam Jones Hits Walk-Off Homer In Extras rotoballer.com Thu 3/29/18 6:42 PM

Baltimore Orioles outfielder Adam Jones rescued interim closer (kinda) Brad Brach from being the goat on Thursday. He hit a solo homer in the 11th inning to give Baltimore an Opening Day win, 3-2. It was his only hit of the day, but dang, was it a big one. That's one homer in your lineup if you started him.

Baltimore Orioles outfielder Adam Jones has had a quietly good Spring. It got even better on Saturday after he went 1-for-2 and drove in two runs as Baltimore romped over Pittsburgh, 13-5. Jones is now hitting .318 in his 2018 Grapefruit League season. He's always a solid pick for any owner who needs an outfielder.
