Judge is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Rays, Erik Boland of Newsday reports.
EDGE Analysis
Judge started the last six games, so it's no surprise to see him receive a breather while the Yankees ease him back from the injured list. The 27-year-old went 9-for-22 with two homers, a double and six walks in that stretch. Mike Tauchman enters the lineup in right field in his absence.

Judge went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Tuesday's 10-8 win over the Blue Jays.
EDGE Analysis
The long ball was Judge's first extra-base knock in his four starts since he returned from the 10-day injured list June 21. Judge should pick up the pace in the power department as he becomes further removed from the oblique injury, but even a more diminished version of the slugger is still a highly valuable fantasy commodity. He'll start in right field and bat second Wednesday in the series finale.

Judge is not in the lineup Monday against Toronto.
EDGE Analysis
Judge started three straight games since returning from a long absence for an oblique strain, but he's expected to require the occasional off day as he eases back into action. He did not register a hit in any of those three games. Giancarlo Stanton slides over to right field in his absence, with Brett Gardner starting in left.

Judge (oblique) will bat leadoff and start in right field Friday against the Astros.
EDGE Analysis
Judge was activated off the 10-day injured list earlier Friday after missing two months with a strained oblique, and he immediately finds himself at the top of the lineup. The 27-year-old figures to see occasional off days while he eases back into action over the next couple weeks, but he still should be a key fixture near the top of the order most games for the Yankees. It's the first time batting leadoff in his major-league career.

Judge (oblique) was activated from the 10-day injured list as expected Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Judge will wind up missing exactly two months with a strained oblique. He hit just .125 in five rehab games but was nonetheless deemed ready to go. He may require the occasional off day for his first few weeks back as he eases his way back into an everyday role, but should still fill a key role in a strong lineup on a regular basis.

Judge (oblique) has rejoined the Yankees and is expected to be activated prior to Friday's game against the Astros, Meredith Marakovits of YES Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
The fact that he is back from his rehab assignment confirms the notion that he will be activated this weekend. He only hit .125 with seven strikeouts and one home run in five rehab games with Triple-A Scranton Wilkes-Barre, but he was hitting .288 with five home runs in 20 games prior to suffering the serious oblique injury. Look for him to resume an everyday role with the occassional off day to keep him fresh and get at-bats for players like Brett Gardner or perhaps Cameron Maybin.

Manager Aaron Boone said "it's certainly possible" that Judge (oblique) could rejoin the Yankees Friday against the Rays, Coley Harvey of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Judge went 1-for-2 with a home run, two walks and a strikeout in Tuesday's rehab game with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, more or less looking like his typical self. Assuming the 27-year-old does in fact return Friday, he'll likely play with the RailRiders again Wednesday and take Thursday as a travel/off day while he rejoins the major-league club.

Judge (oblique) went 1-for-2 with a home run, a strikeout and two walks in his rehab game for Triple-A Scraton/Wilkes-Barre on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Judge looked like his old self at the dish, crushing a mammoth opposite-field homer and emerging without any setbacks. He might spend another game or two with the RailRiders, but manager Aaron Boone said Judge could be ready to go for the Yankees later this week, so a return to the big club looks to be just around the corner for the slugging outfielder.

Manager Aaron Boone suggested Judge (oblique) could possibly return "later this week," Coley Harvey of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Judge began a minor-league rehab assignment with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre over the weekend, going 1-for-12 with one RBI across three games. It sounds like the outfielder could be back sooner than expected if he experiences no issues in any upcoming rehab games with the RailRiders. Judge has been sidelined since April 20.

Judge (oblique) was assigned to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Friday to begin a rehab assignment.
EDGE Analysis
Judge participated in live batting practice over the last few days, clearing the way for his minor-league rehab stint. He's slated to serve as the designated hitter Friday and Saturday, and then man right field Sunday, per Coley Harvey of ESPN.com. If all goes well this weekend the 27-year-old could return during the Yankees' upcoming homestand, which begins Monday versus the Rays and runs through June 26.
