Messaging Improvements

Messaging forums have received design and feature improvements on desktop and mobile web views. There is now a rich text editor that provides the ability to format text—make it bold, italicize it, increase or decrease the size, add bullets or numbering, etc. Another addition is the option to attach images to message board comments and the Commishioner's Note using the paperclip icon in the rich text editor, or by simply using drag-and-drop with an image file.

Previously, it wasn't as easy to add images or enhance copy in posts.
