What's more annoying than a team that missed the playoffs picking up free agents during the playoffs? Commissioners should have the option to lock those teams out. If we do, by all means, please direct me. However, I've looked and kind find the option.
the only option I see is under Waivers with the ability to block everyone from picking up players - just make that option zero for everyone. either that, or whenever the teams you want to prevent from adding players happens, just manually remove them from their rosters, under "Edit League Rosters"
