I have a weird idea for a league where instead of having a draft. All of the players are on waivers and by using the blind bid feature the owners would secretly bid not knowing what others would do. And by using this they would select their whole team. However, I was wondering if there was a way to keep all of the free agents on waivers instead of instant add?
