there should be an option for an IR with two tiers. in my league we have 2 IR spots. but we're also a keeper league, so teams who want to hold on to a player just so they can keep them for next year (like jamaal charles or peyton manning) have to burn an IR spot for the whole year. i would like there to be an option where, for example, you get 2 IR spots for players who are out but expected back this season, and also a long-term IR, which would only be open to players who are out for the year.
