A report should be a report...as long as it is taken into consideration on that players "account" the term is/should be generic...  
 
Next scenario...I get a new league person....how do I find out if they have been reported??? WIll there be little marks to denote a "bad" past or...click on their name and you can read the report :)

We have the system now where the league commisoner can kick people out and give the reason. I would imagine the admins here check that as a report on the player. What we don't have that I know of is the ability to report a commishoner that abuses his powers.

The commish should not have total power as it can result in abuse as I have seen before. there is nothing wrong with a reporting system on both sides and let the evidence speak for itself on who is the guilty party.

There already is when you kick a player out it asks for the reason. How much power do you want.
