I could be wrong, but I don't think they ignore all emails. However, contrary to popular belief there is such a thing as a 'stupid question'. I've seen plenty being asked on Fleaflicker's forums.
There are some issues that are difficult to resolve. I've been lobbying for 5 years for Fleaflicker to improve scoring for Punters on punts downed inside the 20 to no avail, but I don't get upset. Eventually they will realize that it's a great idea to award bonus points for the deeper down punts.

How about stop ignoring support emails. I know I won't get a response, and thats the issue.
