I have almost 50 leagues. When injury reports come out, it is almost impossible to figure out just which leagues that player is in so we can bench them or play them. We need to be able to enter a player name, on the main page, and have all the leagues which contain that player become highlighted.

For each team, we need a small section when we can have a few notes, just like each league has a league notes for all to see, Each of our teams needs to have a notes section, that only we can see.

I think these are both really good ideas.
Another alternate to #1 would be to have some sort of highlighted text at the top of the team page (identical to the one that tells you that you need to start a player at a certain position).
This text could be something that says "{player name}, whose status is set to {status}, is in your active lineup". I'd imagine you could have one line per player in an inactive status. I'd probably do this for players with a status of IR, IRD, OUT, SUS.

Something that would show up on the flea flicker main page, rather than having to go team-by-team, would make FF a whole lot happier experience.

This would be a great help. Trying to navigate thru all these teams on gameday for those last minute changes is brutal and near impossible

I,as an owner of a "few" leagues think both of these ideas are excellent.
