I really like this idea! We have to very competitive divisions in my league. Its basically University of Tenn vs University of Florida and it would be awesome to allow my divisions to come up with their own logo.
Unfortunately we don't support that and don't foresee us doing so, sorry. Not a bad idea, but a lot of back-end work that can mess around with logos too much. I won't rule it out totally, but not something imminent.
