This came up in the fantasy playoffs (of course!). All of the remaining playoff teams have no FAAB left and they all bid on the same players for $0. One team won all of the claims because tiebreaker goes to worst regular season record.

I'd recommend adding a priority system if possible to resolve FAAB tiebreakers. Primarily so the worst ranked team wins their first tiebreaker, but doesn't keep winning every other tie (they would drop to the bottom of priority).
