IS this an option in Fleaflicker? If i want special scoring for TEs, will this site let me? If not, it's something that should be looked into.
You can provide special scoring for any position. The setup of the scoring system is very flexible. I would suggest that you just set up your own private league so you can play around with the capabilities of the scoring system here.
