Just a small box somewhere right on the front page of the league where the Commissioner can put a few sentences would be greatly appreciated.
For example, we have IR rules that Fleaflicker can't exactly map onto. Every now and then there are players that are "dropped" but are on the IR we keep track of on paper and are not allowed to be claimed. I'd like to be able to just keep a list of those players on the standings page so everyone could always see it.
Sometimes I realize that some owner doesn't know one of our league's rules and I might like to post a general announcement about that.
