Seeing 25 hours average draft time next to your name (with a supposed 24 hour limit) might cause an owner to "get busy" before his/her league mates begin to "notice". :)
These are great ideas, thanks for taking the time to send them in!
Just fyi, we do have this info available now, but just not on the forefront of the email draft experience. We will definitely be looking at ways to help email drafts run more efficiently.
Here's where you can find that info now:
You can go to Team > Picks to see each team's specific pick-list. For example: fleaflicker.com
And you can go to Activity > Transaction Log and see the timing of the last pick (hover over the date-stamp for the precise date and time of the pick): fleaflicker.com
So you think I should go to the transaction log, hover over EVERY pick in the draft, note the team and draft time, then do the math to get the average time taken by each owner to draft... and then keep updating this manually after every pick.... Just thinking of that gives me hives! :)
Why not a little report one of the pages under the draft that shows this:

A nice item to add to slow drafts:
List:
- the number of picks each owner has made
- the average time taken to make each pick
