It would be nice to have two small columns next to each player's name in the draft window. One was a GREEN plus sign that calls up a window that says, "Are you sure you want to draft this player?" And it has a photo of his face. THEN next to that would be a purple/or yellow arrow or blue arrrow pointing to the RIGHT and that single click of that arrow doesn't confirm or anything but instantly ADDS that player to the QUE to be draft.
The select the row, then move mouse to the bottom arrow of the que works fine, but it's clunky compared to what folks are used to if coming from Yahoo and other sites.
Yahoo has an empty STAR outline next to the palyers name and when you click it that star turns YELLOW filled in and that player enters your draft que.
Also, INSIDE the CUE, you should have an up and down arrow next to each player so it's a single click process there too, as well as a three bars grabby handle so you can drag a player from liek 12th up to third type thing.
Your site works just fine but those few enhancements would DRASTICALLY improve the process from a user stand point.
