Currently if there are more than two teams that reach the head-to-head tiebreaker option, its bypassed for lower tiebreakers until all ties are two teams. The multi-team generalization of head-to-head is to treat those teams as a pseudo-division and compute their within-group records as is done with divisions. Please add this as at least an option for tiebreakers.
