A Team Victory position. Just like drafting a Team Defense. During the draft you pick up 1 or 2 teams you think you can use all year and you start one of them every week based on who you think might win their game that week. You would of course be able to drop and pick up new available teams during the year just like players.
Teams you draft for Team Victory would NOT be interchangeable with Team Defense positions and if you wanted say Dallas for both Team Defense and Team Victory you would have to draft them twice, once for each position.
