I am starting a 31 team dynasty league on Fantrax. Once all teams are full, each team will be given a number and a random order for the team draft. You get to keep any 6 players/prospects from the NHL team you choose.

Once all teams are chosen, a 20 round player draft will begin. Draft pick times will be somewhere between 6-8 hours and it will take a while for the draft to finish. The player draft will be the exact opposite order of the team draft. It will be a snake format. The remaining player spots will be filled by free agency.

After the player draft we will hold a 10 round prospect draft. There will be a second lottery to determine the order of the prospect draft.

This is a head to head points banger league with a salary cap that follows the NHL's cap. AAV is used for salaries. Trading players, draft picks, prospects and free agent acquisition bucks is allowed and recommended. Rosters will consist of 20 active, 3 reserve, 3 injured and 10 minor spots. Free agent pickups will be done using a bidding system. Each team will get $50 per year to use towards free agent biddings.

This is a paid league and you must pay $40 before you can join. Prizes will be given to division winners and playoff finalists. This is a premium fantrax league and $80 from the pool will go towards league fees.
