This is my first year in a Dynasty league, also the commish. What is the proper etiquette on acquiring another team's player thru financial means? Instead of trading, lets say, CJ Anderson for Todd Gurley and Amari Cooper; that a team would trade CJ Anderson to another team for $100 cash (real world money).
Is this off the table as far as being fair? What about maybe adding in some cash to balance out an unequal trade offer?
