Who are your other WR's? Right now I'd say no, unless you desperately need help @ WR. Without more info, I'd assume your in a 12-team redraft (4 keeper at most) league so I'd say no until more info has been given.
If this is a 10 or 12 player league I would almost for sure take the trade.
But I agree with Ground_Attack,need more info to be 100% sure.
