Our league is growing from 16 teams last year to 20 teams this year. I'm trying to come up with creative ways to manage growth while not having rosters that are too thin on talent. Does anyone have any suggestions for this type of situation?
One idea I have right now is to have 2 conferences that each have their own draft, regular season and playoffs. Then in week 16 the winner from each conference play each other in the Super Bowl. I'm trying to find out if fleaflicker (or any other league hosting site) can handle a league like this.
