When starting a dynasty league where each team has 25 active and 7 taxi (IR) spots should I set the team size to 32 predraft then have everyone move their 7 and lower it to 25 or is that step unnecessary? Also is there a way to manage the settings of who can be taken off IR or is that something the league just has to monitor on its own?
