Hello, I have an owner in my league that is abandon, is there a way I can have a CPU control it or have myself or someone else control it?

all you can do is boot the owner out and advertise for a new owner. unless you want to set the lineup every week. however you can't make waiver claims or trades, or adds and deletes of personnel. so just kick em out.
