QB: Ryan is a good low end QB1 with tremendous upside and Manning is good insurance with under the radar upside.
RB: Definitely the strong point of your roster. Lynch and Murray are bonafide workhorses with ample talent, but Beanie might just lose his job due to injuries and the emergence of Ryan Williams, although that's just speculation. Depending on where you took him, it might have been a good pick or bad pick. Rodgers is a nice flier and Thomas should not be rostered at this point in 12-team leagues.
WR: Marshall is a high end WR2 and Jackson might be a good value if the TB passing attack weren't such a disaster thus far. You might just end up starting Torrey Smith or DHB over him or as flex options. I like the DHB pick. He quietly had a fine season last year, albeit with too many drops.
TE: You won't be getting TE1 production from Witten this year as they play to spread the ball to their top playmakers in Bryant, Austin, and Murray, but he's still a good safety blanket. Rudolph is a personal favorite of mine, but Fleaflicker hasn't caught on yet.
K: Whatever.
TM: I see the sleeper appeal on paper, but with the Giants, Seahawks, and Cowboys being taken around the same time, I would not want to be stuck with this defense.
Startable sleepers: Stevan Ridley, Mark Ingram, Rashad Jennings, Pierre Garcon, DHB, Greg Olsen, Kyle Rudolph, Jake Locker, Robert Meachem, Titus Young, Jared Cook, etc...
Speculative/Bench sleepers: Ryan Williams, Jacquizz Rodgers, Sidney Rice, Austin Collie, Jerome Simpson, Jacob Tamme, Christian Ponder, Russell Wilson, Brian Quick, Kendall Hunter, Kendall Wright, etc...
Deep/Dynasty sleepers: Jonathan Dwyer, Roy Helu, Vick Ballard, Bilal Powell, Alex Green, Alshon Jeffery, Jahvid Best, Randall Cobb, Josh Gordon, Tim Tebow, Colin Kaepernick, Dwayne Allen, Lance Kendricks, Kellen Davis, etc...
The list is pretty much endless. Hope I helped. Hey, if you wanna join one of my leagues, we'd be glad to have you.
Keep Lynch and Manning. Non-Dynasty Lynch is arguably a top 5 RB this year while Richardson might not even crack the top 15 unless his knee improves quickly. Try to deal Manning for a WR2 and a low end QB2.
Ground_Attack nailed this, so much depends on how many teams, dynasty, PPR or non-PPR, etc...
At a glance, nice job, although, I would consider shopping one of your QBs with Lynch for a slightly better runner than Lynch. Not saying Lynch won't do well, but it's one way your team can have that extra stud that puts it over the top. Marshall should have a phenomenal year, not so sure about VJax now for some reason, but he could do decent. Murray I love, and Jz Rodgers is my biggest late-round breakout of 2012, so get ready for him to compete for your flex spot if not your RB2 spot (not right away, but soon).

Yep, can't wait for Rodgers to go nuts.

Dynasty or non-dynasty? How many teams? All these factors matter.
