I would go with Jeffrey agains weak redskins secondary , and probably Garcon (RGIII favorite target)
I don't trust Jackson and Ridley at all.

No way I'd go with Ryan. Who's gonna catch the ball? Cutler is having a solid season. Plus (like you said) weak secondary this week's matchup for him.
