With Foles off , do I start him at Baltimore or pick up Palmer or Cousins....thankfully , my league doesn't penalize qb for int. or fumbles. Along with the drops, Atlanta receivers look worn out and slow. I can't depend on A. Smith doing the screen pass td every week.
