Are there round requirements to keep (have to give up a 3rd round pick)? Can you keep only X number of years or until you decide to no longer keep? Do you have any other keepers?
Evans is equally or more talented than the other 2 and also only 24 years old. Long term he seems like the play as he is barring injury going to play longer than Green and I think is more talented than Davante Adams. Only concern is Winston a franchise QB, or will you have what Hopkins has had to deal with his whole career? However Evans has finished as WR13, WR22, WR3 and WR17. He is proven to be a consistent WR2 with WR1 overall upside.
Davante Adams is the #1 WR for arguably the best QB in the game giving him a high ceiling. With Brent Hundly throwing him the ball last year, Adams finished as the WR14 in Half PPR while missing two games. His PPG production was 13.2 behind only Brown, Hopkins, Allen, HIll, Landry and Micheal Thomas (Green was 11.9 and Evans was 11.4). As long as Rodgers is healthy you can count him for double digit TD, however with Rodgers how many years does he have left and how many more times will he miss half or more of a season?
AJ green is on back 9 of career, but is still the focal point of Cin offense. They should get better this year with an improved line and respectable running game with mixon/bernard. He is also the only proven WR on his team, is he going to lose targets to Lafell, Boyd, Ross, Malone (I think not)? For this year, I think green could be best selection.
I am just one person with opinion, but for a 1-2 Year window I would take either Green or Adams, for a longer 3-4 window I would target either Adams/Evans. Of the three if my team needs a WR to get me steady scoring I would go Green as Evans QB is questionable and GB spreads ball around. If I want a swing for the fence to put my team over the edge for next few years I go Adams. If I want a player who I think over the next 5+ years will have a safe WR2 floor with High upside I would go Evans.
No draft picks are lost. Can keep players as long as you like.
Keepers are set up so you can only keep 5 players:
1-QB
1-RB
1-WR
1-K or DEF
and 1 of either TE/WR/RB/QB
Roster requirements are kept throughout the year at 2-QB, 4-RB, 5-WR, 1-TE, 1-K, 1-DEF with one extra of either TE/K/DEF. We also get 2 IR spots which I had to use almost the entire season.
My full roster at the end of last year is as follows:
Matt Ryan
Matthew Stafford
Legarrette Blount
Alex Collins
Dion Lewis
Bilal Powell
Davante Adams
Mike Evans
Larry Fitzgerald
Devin Funchess
AJ Green
Jimmy Graham
Austin Sefarian-Jenkins
LA Rams
IR-Dalvin Cook
IR-David Johnson
As you can see, my team is stacked at WR and with a healthy Johnson and Cook, doing well at RB.
Scoring is:
Rushing: .1 point for every 1 yard
Receiving: .25 for every 2 yards
.5 for every reception
My plans were to either keep Stafford, Johnson, Cook, 1-WR, Rams
Great answer Falcon I couldn't have said it any better myself. It's between Adams and Evans almost equally talented Adams has the better QB throwing to him. Evans is just 1 year younger. Can't go wrong with either though.

I can only keep 1 WR in a half PPR league. Who would you choose and why?
Davante Adams
Mike Evans
AJ Green
