Defenses are incredibly unpredictable year to year, even though the Jets took care of you last year doesn't mean you can bank on them for '12.
Santana Moss doesn't strike me as an option, changing of the guard in DC. Ben Tate is a talent, but certainly not worth a stash with Arian Foster blocking him. Spiller takes a big bite out of Jackson's appeal, and Jackson nullifies Spiller's. I'd lean Jackson, but a case could be made for Spiller based on age. Once you pick one of those two, the only other two left are Schaub and Greene, both of whom I would give a green light to. Greene could get screwed by the Jets drafting more running back talent, but at the moment, he looks like a prime candidate for a good volume year. MJD, Fitz, AJ Green, Schaub, Greene, and Jackson/Spiller would be the best foundation. Plan on drafting a QB as early as possible, Schaub is more of a low-end starter/high-end backup

Besides the three you have listed, I would keep Spiller and Tate, possibly Schaub.

I also have Toby Gerhart. Looking for long term solutions, not necessaraliy just next season.
