Joined a random league, commish knew I was in Australia - did the draft, happy days.
Right before the draft somebody leaves the league causing 15 teams across 4 conferences which doesn't work. Somebody else leaves, leaving 14 teams with owners and one without.
Commish decides to redraft with a few hours notice (there had been talk of doing it but commish didn't want to have to go down that path), doesn't randomise the 2nd draft (I don't mind this so much, but commish had pick #2 so looks a bit conflicted), doesn't reset the waiver rules so post draft is a free for all (changing the rules), also changed roster rules to include a SuperFlex.
Obviously I've missed the draft (on other side of the world) and have been left with a team picked by the auto draft - gonna tough it out and "Trust the Process" but wanted peoples thoughts?
I've been the commish of a few leagues, I do my best to make sure things are fair for all owners. It can make things tough at times, but that's part of being commish.

I would find another league , I think. Good luck.
