In a keeper league, if I trade a pick for the next year and then end up keeping all my players the next season, how does the owner of the pick I traded get compensated? For example the league allows you the keep all of your players, I trade my 2nd round pick for next year' Then at the begining of the next season I keep all of my player; so I have no picks' How is the owner of the pick I traded compensated?

In your leagues that have not started this year, there have never been fewer than two keepers. In the other league, there has already been a trade for a greater than second round pick.

If this becomes an issue, then you should make the commissioner do his job.

If that's the official rule that you are allowed to keep all players if you want to then anyone trading for a pick would know the rule and would be taking a gamble knowing the pick may end up not being available. I probably wouldn't take the risk and seems to me it would discourage any trading and make the league not as enjoyable.
