I'd go with Beanie at the moment, I am having a tough time visualizing Roy Helu as a #1; he was pressed into that role by injuries to Hightower and Torain last year. He was solid as the go-to guy, but I can't help but think he's a Steve Slaton-ish flash in the pan. Beanie may wear down quickly because of a multitude of leg/knee injuries, but he's gotta have at least a couple years left as a grinder. Of course, if the Redskins announce that Helu is the guy before your keepers are cleared..
beanie is injury prone and misses games........roy played for a team with no qb last year...so team were able fill the box.....now, with RG3 as qb and wr to catch the ball. roy should have a good year.... i have the same problem in one of my leagues ... im going roy
