When I look at depth charts online I see that Bradley Chubb is listed as an OLB for DEN. Fleaflicker currently has him as a DL. I’m on the clock in my draft in Round 3 and on the fence about drafting him. Stud DL but average LB stat-wise. When do player positions lock for the year?

You are probably looking at a change to LB in August. If you are drafting him while still listed as a DE, you need to make sure you have DE depth.
